Winter '25/'26 Holiday Break & Returns Deadline (updated: 01/05/26)

We will be closed for our annual Holiday Break from Christmas Day (December 25, 2025) through New Years Day (January 1, 2026). Partial staff will return Friday, January 2, 2026 to begin processing shipments with packages resuming being delivered to carriers on Monday, January 5, 2026. Orders placed after December 23, 2025 @ 5:00 ET will not begin shipping until January 5, 2026.

Due to the Holidays all orders placed from November 1, 2025 through January 5, 2026 will have an extended exchange/return window through January 20, 2026.

 


 

Product Delays & Issues / Processing Times (updated: 01/07/26)

Due to ongoing international vinyl delays and other supply chain issues we've created this page to give the latest updates we have on delayed items. Any information we have here is the latest update we have from the band, label, or vendor.

  • Cartilage - Tales From The Entrails: A Necrology 7" [Everlasting Spew] - Vinyl delayed at plant. Updated ETA late-January 2026.
  • Escarnium - Inexorable Entropy 12" [Everlasting Spew] - Vinyl delayed at plant. Updated ETA late-January 2026.
  • Nile - Those Whom The Gods Detest 2x12” [PHD] - Vinyl missing from shipment. Updated ETA late-January 2026.
  • Sorcerer - Devotion 12" & cassette [Frozen Records] - Vinyl delayed at the plant. Updated ETA late-January 2026.

If you do not see an item you pre-order here, we have not yet been notified of any delays on it. If you would like to pay an additional shipping charge to split your pre-order items out into a separate shipment please contact customer service with your order number. 

Standard order processing time is 1-2 business days for in stock orders & 2-4 business days for orders containing Print On Demand items. Current order processing time is:

  • In stock orders: 1-3 business days [extended production time due to holiday break - expected to back to normal times by 01/09/26]
  • Print On Demand orders: 2-6 business days [extended production time due to holiday break - expected to be back to normal times by 01/16/26]

Please be aware that any shipping times listed at checkout are estimated transit times and do not include processing time. 

    


 

General Shipping Notice (updated: 01/05/26)

Due to the ever-changing state of gloabl shipping since 2020 (increased volume load on postal carriers, flight delays and cancellations, added tariffs, local shipping restrictions for many territories, unscheduled increases to gas/shipping/product costs, product shortages, global manufacturing and customs clearance delays, etc); please be aware that shipments may be delayed in transit. Any shipping methods and time estimates given at checkout are subject to change without notice due to this. Items marked "print on demand" or "direct to garment" may see additional delays due to order volume or supply chain issues. Items marked pre-order that experience significant delays may see the shipping method changed due to the method selected at checkout no longer being available or having massively increased in cost since time of order. We will do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee any arrival dates and customer service can not take any action for delays outside of our control.


We ship worldwide and highly recommend selecting FedEx for international shipments due to faster delivery time and better tracking. Timing for international orders via USPS is completely out of our control and delivery can take 2-6 weeks without delays. Standard USPS tracking does not give regular item updates once items leave the US, so it may look like your order is stuck in one place for an extended time while it is actually in transit to you. Additionally some areas may need to ship via alternate shipping methods than selected due to local regulations.

If your order experiences any shipping delays please contact the appropriate carrier before reaching out to customer service as they will be able to get you more up to date information or take action faster than we can.
