Holiday Hours (updated: 12/22/21)

We will be closed for the holidays the week of December 27-December 31. We will be returning to shipping orders Monday, January 3, 2022. The exchange/return window for all orders received in December 2021 is extended til January 16, 2022.



Express Shipping (updated: 12/18/21)

We've temporarily made Express Shipping via FedEx 2Day available for last minute holiday orders. Orders of available items (non-pre-order/print on demand) in the continental US made by Wednesday, December 22nd @ 9:00am EST with Express Shipping selected at checkout will ship by the FedEx 2Day holiday deadline. We can not be held responsible for any shipments that don't arrive by Christmas due to delays or issues in transit and will offer no refunds, discounts, or reshipments due to carrier delays.



Black Friday Sale Notice (updated: 11/25/21)

All discounted orders during our Black Friday weekend sale (11/25-11/29) are final. Additionally, we will not retroactively apply discounts if code is forgotten or incorrectly, apply discounts to orders placed before/after the sale period, or refund shipping on multiple orders made during the sale period. Some orders purchased with a discount may have combined shipping, be split shipped, or shipped via non-standard mail services such as Media Mail, Global Post, or First Class Letter Rate (no tracking).

Holiday 2021 Shipping Notice (updated: 11/25/21)

Please be aware of heavily increased loads on postal carriers this holiday season. We expect to see delays across all shippers. We will do our best to get your order shipped quickly using methods with the best chance to arriving to you by Christmas, but once shipments are handed to the carriers they are out of our control. We can not be held responsible for any shipments that don't arrive by Christmas or have delays or issues in transit. We will not be guaranteeing any order by/ship by dates and will offer no refunds, discounts, or reshipments due to items delayed in transit (additionally, all below COVID-19 Shipping Notice updates still apply). That being said, we'll be following the shipping guidelines and schedules issued to us by carriers.

Domestic shipments aiming to arrive by 12/24:

  • SmartPost til 12/9
  • Ground til 12/15
  • First Class til 12/17
  • Priority til 12/18 
Again these are just the dates issued to us by the carriers and we make no guarantees that they will be able to meet them. Please have your order of in stock items (no pre-order/DTG/POD) by Monday, 12/13 @ 9:00am EST for the best chance of having your order ready to be shipped for these shipping deadlines. COVID-19 Shipping Notice (updated: 11/25/21)

Due to the effects of COVID-19 and increased volume load on postal carriers; please be aware that shipments may take 1 additional week to leave our warehouse as well as be delayed in transit. Any shipping methods and time estimates given at checkout are subject to change without notice due to this. Items marked "print on demand" or "direct to garment" may see additional delays. We will do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee any arrival dates and customer service can not take any action for delays outside of our control.

We are still shipping worldwide, but timing for international orders is completely out of our control and we can make no delivery estimates for international shipments at this time. Most international shipments have been arriving within 14-30 days, but some destinations or extended circumstances have seen packages in transit for 90-120 days before delivery. Standard USPS tracking does not give regular item updates once items leave the US, so it may look like your order is stuck in one place for an extended time while it is actually in transit to you. Additionally some areas may need to ship via alternate shipping methods than selected due to local regulations.

If your order experiences any shipping delays please contact the appropriate carrier before reaching out to customer service as they will be able to get you more up to date information or take action faster than we can.
