SpiritWorld is the creative outlet of Las Vegas based artist Stu Folsom. SpiritWorld was created to channel restlessness, anxiety and emptiness into something tangible, rewarding and beautiful to share with others. The goal is to create a space, free from expectation and pressure, to explore visual art, songwriting and fiction.

SpiritWorld’s debut full length, Pagan Rhythms, finds Folsom stepping into this newly created space and unleashing nine tracks of heavier than fuck, apocalyptic hardcore for fans of old school death metal, thrash, hardcore and the western pulp of Louis L’amour. Conceived as an auditory companion to a collection of short stories titled GODLESSNESS.
Pagan Rhythms was written entirely by Folsom. Every riff, every lyric and every choice made in the presentation of this record, was intended to provide the reader and listener with a piece of art that will stand out and cut through the noise. Thousands of hours spent first in isolation writing, then later collaborating with friends like Producer Sam Pura (The Story So Far, Basement), Guitarist Matt Schrum (Fight Like Hell, Folsom) and drummer Thomas Pridgen (Mars Volta, Trash Talk) have yielded a work that is truly special.
